The Fiori/CAPM Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Fiori applications and CAPM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies and strong leadership skills to guide a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of SAP Fiori applications and Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain Fiori applications using SAP UI5 and related technologies. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support in technical challenges and career development. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes. Monitor and optimize application performance and troubleshoot any issues. Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Prepare documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Participate in project planning and management, providing estimates and timelines for deliverables.

Qualifications: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP Fiori development and CAPM implementation. Strong expertise in SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and OData services. Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams. In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with Fiori applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
