You will be responsible for understanding Regal Rexnord SAP Global Template and providing solutions to ensure strong alignment between business requirements/needs and application solutions/services. Your role will involve evaluating, designing, planning, configuring, and delivering effective solutions and configurations within Finance and Controlling. It is essential to continuously expand your knowledge of data, processes, and integration points with other SAP modules, as well as SAP and industry standard best practices. Supporting value realization initiatives through consistent system utilization, best practice business processes, and standardized controls across business units and geographical areas will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your strong functional, communication, and organization skills will play a crucial role in effectively meeting deadlines and milestones, as well as providing timely updates. You will lead business process and master data redesign, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices. Developing a strong SAP user community through end user training, support, and knowledge sharing to keep the solution aligned with the business will be another important aspect of your role. Additionally, assisting team members and customers with problem-solving related to software application performance and usage will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of SAP ECC 6.0 experience with a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles. Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization is required, along with a minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation/integration experiences. A strong understanding of SAP cross value stream integration is desired, including experiences with other areas such as PP, PS, SD, MM, and WM. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in collaborative team environments and establish and maintain ongoing business relationships, are essential. Your tasks will include translating business requirements into functional specifications, creating the configuration rationale to design and configure SAP applications, providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users, creating and maintaining detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures, participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities, and facilitating business process reviews to gather expected business outcomes and functional requirements. Designing, testing, and deploying the technical components required for successful SAP solutions, especially RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and testing, will be part of your role. Strong documentation skills, including process narratives (As-Is and To-Be), business requirement categorization (Map vs. Gap), and preparation of solution design documents, are necessary. Experience in technical requirements documents, solution design documentation, and other forms of technical writing to support system enhancements and process improvements is also required. You should have experience in specifying test scenarios and plans for functional and integration tests and leading testing cycles independently. Experience working with offshore and on-site teams is a plus. Expertise in Finance month-end closing, reconciliation, and consolidation with HFM or OneStream will be an added advantage.,
