SAP FICO Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Strategy

• Own and lead the full lifecycle of SAP Finance transformation programsfrom project scoping to delivery and post-go-live support
• Define program strategy, roadmap, and key milestones aligned with business objectives
• Ensure overall program governance, quality control, and budget adherence

Team & Project Management

• Manage cross-functional SAP teams across FICO, SD, MM, and technical streams
• Oversee resource planning, risk mitigation, project tracking, and stakeholder engagement
• Drive alignment between IT and business functions to ensure successful solution adoption

Solution Design & Integration

• Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design, and integration across modules like SD, MM, and CO-PA
• Guide the implementation of S/4HANA Finance, including configuration and testing phases
• Coordinate with offshore teams, vendors, and third-party partners for seamless execution

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage escalations
• Ensure project transparency through consistent reporting and communication with executives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of SAP experience, with 7+ years in SAP FICO
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project/Program Management within SAP landscapes
• Strong knowledge of FICO submodules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations (greenfield or brownfield)
• Expertise in leading global rollouts and finance transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with project methodologies including Agile, SAP Activate, and Waterfall
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or Prince2 certification
• SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling Certification
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager
• Industry exposure to manufacturing, retail, or utilities is a plus
