SAP FICO module and BPC expert (Deputy General Manager IT)

As a Finance & Management Accounting expert at Intas, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Serve as the subject matter expert on Finance & Management accounting, specializing in SAP FICO and BPC module for Intas. - Understand and analyze various business models related to subsidiary sales, transfer pricing, direct supply channels, distributor models, and more. - Act as an advisor to the Top Management and CFO in driving Finance Transformation Strategies & Solutions. - Independently own and manage SAP Finance Implementation & S/4 HANA Finance. - Implement Global Financial Consolidation with multi-country, multi-chart of accounts, and multi-currency scenarios. - Collaborate with business teams to understand accounting methods and implement solutions in IT systems. - Design and implement Overall Finance Solutions including Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, and more. - Implement NewGL functionalities and document splitting in preparation for transitioning to S/4HANA. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement Finance Solutions and Projects as per business requirements. - Write Functional Specifications and lead projects with support from a delivery team. - Manage and deliver global rollouts of Finance projects in partnership with stakeholders. - Lead project lifecycle from initiation to final delivery, including conducting Blueprint / Design workshops and managing a large virtual team. Qualifications required for this role: - Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in SAP. - Experience in at least 3-4 full life cycles of SAP Finance, Controlling & BPC projects. - 10+ years of experience with Finance solutions from SAP. - Basic knowledge of SAP ERP and related modules such as Sales SD, Purchase MM, Production PP, Projects PS, etc. - Certification in 1 or more SAP S/4HANA Financial modules is preferable. In addition to the qualifications listed above, you should have proven experience in delivering Finance projects and solutions in a SAP environment for the manufacturing industry at a global level. Your expertise should include understanding and mapping business requirements to technical solutions in SAP and developing SAP roadmaps towards S/4 HANA implementation. You should also demonstrate the ability to deliver results in a complex global environment and solve complex business and process problems effectively. With 10-15+ years of experience, you are well-positioned to excel in this role and drive Finance transformation initiatives at Intas.,
