As a SAP FICO Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering SAP FICO solutions across various ECC projects, including implementation, rollout, and support. An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in FICO and SD. Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and designing efficient solutions in ECC. You will be expected to have hands-on configuration experience in core FI and CO sub-modules and configure/maintain core FI modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and Taxation. Additionally, configuring CO modules like Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Centre Accounting, and COPA will be part of your role. It is essential to have experience with localization for different geographies (e.g., GST, VAT, etc.) and possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SD, Finance, and Logistics modules. You should also have a strong understanding of SAP Fiori design principles, guidelines, and user experience best practices, along with proficiency in data migration tools like LSMW, BDC, and BAPI. Furthermore, your role will involve working with interfaces such as IDOCs, EDI, and third-party systems. You should excel in translating business requirements into functional specifications and designs, and be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, including Agile teams. Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills will be crucial in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
