Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and support projects.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
Handle integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for development.
Perform system testing, data validation, and user training.
Resolve day-to-day support issues (Incident and Service Requests).
Provide post-go-live support and continuous system enhancements.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Ensure SAP best practices and compliance with internal controls.
