Job Description

Role & responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA FICO Implementation:

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, from project initiation to post-go-live support.
Conduct detailed business process analysis, identify gaps, and design robust SAP solutions tailored to the automotive industry.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Business Process Optimization:

Analyze current financial processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
Recommend and implement best practices in financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Provide insights into financial data to support strategic decision-making.

User Training and Support:

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new SAP environment.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure that SAP FICO configurations comply with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
Develop financial reports and dashboards using SAP tools to meet management and regulatory reporting requirements.
