Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration

Lead SAP FICO implementation, roll-out, and upgrade projects.
Configure FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Special Purpose Ledger).
Configure CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
Perform integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
Develop and maintain business process documentation.

Support & Enhancements

Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve system issues.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in SAP FICO.
Implement change requests and enhancements based on business requirements.
Conduct system testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT) for new developments and changes.

Stakeholder Interaction

Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Collaborate with ABAP developers for RICEFW objects.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure system compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory requirements.
Support audit requirements and financial reporting.
Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and forms.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years
of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
Minimum
3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects
.
Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP.
Experience in
S/4HANA Finance
migration and Universal Journal (preferred).
In-depth understanding of finance & controlling business processes.
Hands-on experience with
RICEFW objects
and working with technical teams.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a global support environment.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
