Position Requirements

Extensive SAP S4HANA Finance Management expert with solution design experience, preferable with

accounts and finance background.

Knowledge of modules like FI-GL,FI-AR,FI-AP, Asset Accounting, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-PC, Profitability

and Performance management &ICMR.

• Mentor and manage multiple teams and projects.

Proven experience in configuring, testing and support SAP Finance solutions. •

• Participate in design discussions, providing expertise on the SAP S4HANA Finance platform

• Work with the business users to understand the requirements and propose alternative solutions

• Lead dynamic interactive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders

Developing a collaborative and cohesive team and working with a culture of a One Team mindset;

Hands on experience in Finance & Controlling and accounts.

Hands-on experience on the following features of SAP S4HANA Finance and ability to do development

and customizations, exposure in Integration with other modules like MM/SD/PS/PP/PM.

Knowledge in CFIN, understanding the elimination of the ETL tools to have transactional level

matching in real time.

Understanding of AIF and field value mapping, centralized transaction processing, payments,

Intercompany reconciliation and group consolidation using S4HANA group reporting.

The candidate must have an understanding and hands-on experience in S/4HANA Intercompany

Matching and Reconciliation (ICMR) tool as well as a solid accounting and finance background.

• Demonstrated experience in key functional aspects of Intercompany Reconciliations processes in SAP

• Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP S/4 Group Reporting is an added advantage.

Preferred Knowledge

Hands-on knowledge in SAP S4HANA Finance & Other integration work streams like CO, ICMR & CFIN to drive

the Project and understand the different project methodologies especially the Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skill

• Hands on experience in SAP S4HANA Finance

Should be familiar with onsite, offshore delivery model, hands-on experience in understanding the

system landscape environments

• Should be familiar with Implementations/ Support / Rollout / Training Delivery models.

• Should be familiar with roll matrix role testing and assist the technical team members.

• Should be familiar with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid models of software development approaches.

• Communication and presentation skills

• Ownership and commitment, Flexible timings

• Expertise in JIRA, Agile Delivery model

Professional and Educational Background

Manager-9-20 years exp.

9+ years of experience in SAP S4HANA Finance, with minimum 3 E2E implementations

Any graduation degree, Any post graduation degree, CA/ICWA
