Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a SAP FICO Consultant with the responsibility of implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules to fulfill business requirements. Your role will involve utilizing your strong functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience in full-cycle SAP implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support SAP systems, working on batch job error rectification and IDOCs. - Troubleshoot issues, provide resolutions, and support SAP FICO solutions for business users. - Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose appropriate SAP FICO solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP. - Configure FI/CO settings including tax procedures, bank accounting, and controlling areas. - Perform financial closing activities like period-end and year-end closing processes. - Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with external systems and third-party tools. - Develop financial reports using SAP tools like SAP S/4HANA Fiori, Report Painter, and Query Reports. - Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. - Provide end-user training and support for SAP FICO functionalities. Qualification Required: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support. - Strong understanding of SAP FICO processes, financial accounting principles, and controlling functionalities. - Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred. - Knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, PP, and HR modules. - Experience with data migration tools like LSMW or BAPIs. - Basic understanding of ABAP debugging is a plus. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. SAP FICO certification is advantageous. Additional Details: - Preferred qualifications include experience in Bank Communication Management (BCM), FSCM, and Treasury Management. - Familiarity with new GL concepts, parallel ledgers, and IFRS/GAAP compliance is beneficial. - Knowledge of CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) and Product Costing is an added advantage.
