Job Description

SAP FI Lead( only female candidate)

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP FI module and will be responsible for leading the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP FI functionalities to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the SAP FI module implementation and support activities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Configure and customize SAP FI functionalities as per business needs.
Conduct user training and provide support during the user acceptance testing phase.
Develop functional specifications for enhancements and reports.
Coordinate with technical teams for integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FI-related issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in SAP FI module implementation and support.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in SAP FI configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
