Job Description

As an inventive transformation consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will play a crucial role in driving warehouse transformation initiatives, specifically focusing on SAP EWM implementations and rollouts. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading warehouse transformation projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency. - Engaging with clients and stakeholders to manage relationships and drive consensus on complex business solutions through fit-gap analysis and process mapping. - Driving process improvements by recommending enhancements to tools and workflows and preparing documentation and presentations according to Capgemini and client standards. - Overseeing project execution from estimation to post-implementation support, either by managing small teams or contributing individually to deliver successful outcomes. In terms of qualifications, you should have experience in: - Leading warehouse transformation and SAP EWM projects with a focus on strategic alignment and operational efficiency during implementations and rollouts. - Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement through conducting fit-gap analysis and mapping business processes to SAP frameworks. - Driving process and tool improvements, delivering recommendations, and preparing documentation aligned with Capgemini and client standards. - Overseeing end-to-end project execution, including estimation, design, implementation, and support, while leading small teams or contributing individually.
