Your Role

Lead warehouse transformation initiatives, including SAP EWM implementations and rollouts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
Engage with clients and stakeholders, managing relationships and driving consensus on complex business solutions through fit-gap analysis and process mapping.
Drive process improvements, recommending enhancements to tools and workflows, and preparing documentation and presentations per Capgemini and client standards.
Oversee project execution, from estimation to post-implementation support, while managing small teams or contributing individually to deliver successful outcomes.

Your Profile

Lead warehouse transformation and SAP EWM projects, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency during implementations and rollouts.
Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement, conducting fit-gap analysis and mapping business processes to SAP frameworks.
Drive process and tool improvements, delivering recommendations and preparing documentation aligned with Capgemini and client standards.
Oversee end-to-end project execution, including estimation, design, implementation, and support, while leading small teams or contributing individually.
