SAP EWM Functional Consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and integration points with SAP MM, PP, and SD modules.
• Experience in designing and configuring EWM solutions in S/4 HANA.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and their integration with business processes in the Life Sciences domain.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be results-oriented, adaptable, flexible, and resourceful.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP EWM.
• Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and system requirements; provide solutions by identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer needs.
• Lead workshops to collect business requirements and map them to system functionality.
• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP EWM solutions.
• Identify gaps and propose workarounds or system enhancements.
• Act as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system issues.
• Manage changes and emergency transports for high-priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Provide consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects.
• Mentor junior team members and offer ad-hoc training and support to users.
