Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant to support and enhance the Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management processes within our SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the SAP Project Systems (PS) module, along with proficiency in financials, controlling, and material management. This role involves providing training, testing, support, and documentation to ensure the success of EPPM implementations. Key Responsibilities : System Support & Training : - Provide end-user training for SAP PS and document training materials. - Support business users with SAP EPPM module functionalities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Testing & Quality Assurance : - Coordinate testing efforts, develop and maintain test scripts, and carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Integration Testing. - Manage the defect lifecycle, including defect tracking, escalation, and resolution. - Validate reports for accuracy in source-to-target mappings, calculations, and report presentation. Project Systems Expertise : - Create and manage profiles such as WBS elements, networks, and their activities. - Perform cost planning, budgeting, and resource allocation within SAP PS. - Collaborate with the finance and material management teams to integrate project data effectively. Documentation & Process Improvement : - Document defects, troubleshoot issues, and support internal audit requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business processes and data flows. - Provide test environment support and ensure compliance with documentation standards. Qualifications Experience : - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EPPM and PS modules. - Proficient in the test life cycle, from planning to defect management. - Experience with cost planning, budgeting, and integration with financials and controlling modules. Technical Skills : - Expertise in SAP PS functionalities such as WBS elements, network activities, cost planning, and resource management. - Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP PS, FI/CO, and MM modules. - Proficiency in test scripting, UAT, and integration testing methodologies. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
