About the Role

SAP EDI Specialists

This is a great opportunity to work in a global environment supporting Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics, and 3PL integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP

  IDoc

  components: partner profiles, ports, logical systems, message types, and process codes.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve

  IDoc errors

  across inbound/outbound transactions.
• Create and review

  mapping specification documents

  for X12 IDoc and EDIFACT IDoc integrations.
• Work extensively with

  IBM Sterling Integrator

  for map analysis, partner setups, envelopes, and routing rules.
• Support

  O2C, P2P, 3PL, Logistics, and Finance

  EDI business processes.
• Collaborate with SAP SD/MM/TMS and ABAP teams for testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  
• Perform daily monitoring of EDI transactions and handle high-priority issues.
  
• Participate in projects, UAT, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  SAP EDI / SAP IDoc IBM Sterling Integrator (Mandatory) ANSI X12 (810, 850, 855, 856, 997, etc.) EDIFACT (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC, etc.)
• Expertise in IDoc monitoring, reprocessing, debugging, and segment extensions.
  
• Understanding of SAP modules:

  SD, MM, TMS, 3PL, FI

• Ability to prepare functional & mapping specification documents.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP ABAP debugging, user exits (e.g., MV45AFZZ), enhancements, BADI.
  
• Knowledge of NACE output types and EDI output determination.
  
• Exposure to global SAP landscapes and large-scale B2B integrations.
  
• Knowledge of XML/JSON mappings or middleware tools.
