As a Offshore SAP Delivery Director (Solution Head) at Sutherland, you will play a critical role in leading the offshore SAP solutions delivery shaping strategy, enabling innovation, and ensuring delivery excellence across transformation programs. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Solution Leadership**: - Lead SAP Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, providing technical direction and solution governance. - Act as the chief solution authority, ensuring design integrity for S/4HANA, BTP, and core modules such as SD, MM, CPQ, and FICO. - Establish solution review frameworks, engineering standards, and delivery best practices. - Drive continuous innovation using SAP BTP, automation, and digital integration tools for measurable business outcomes. - **Delivery Excellence & Governance**: - Own end-to-end solution delivery outcomes, from architecture through deployment, integration, and stabilization. - Oversee multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery. - Apply Agile principles and SAP Activate methodology for optimized delivery velocity. - Ensure alignment with quality, compliance, and customer success frameworks. - **Client & Stakeholder Leadership**: - Act as the executive point of contact for strategic SAP programs, driving customer satisfaction and engagement governance. - Partner closely with global delivery heads, sales, and practice leaders to shape solution strategy. - Champion executive communications, presenting progress, risks, and insights to senior stakeholders. - **Leadership & Capability Building**: - Build and scale a high-performing SAP delivery team with clear accountability and ownership. - Mentor senior managers and architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and delivery ownership. - Lead initiatives to modernize delivery through engineering mindset, process automation, and emerging SAP technologies. **Experience & Expertise Required**: - 15-20+ years of progressive SAP delivery experience, including 2+ full-cycle Greenfield implementations. - Proven success as a Solution Architect or Program Director in complex, multi-module S/4HANA and BTP engagements. - Expertise across multiple SAP domains with strong integration and customization knowledge. - Experience delivering global transformation programs using Agile and SAP Activate methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed delivery teams and manage senior client stakeholders. - Strong executive presence, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
