SAP Data Conversion

Role Overview: As an SAP Data Conversion Consultant at SELECCION, you will be responsible for leading and executing data migration activities during S/4HANA implementation. Your expertise in data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading processes will be crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across key modules. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the end-to-end data conversion process from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data migration strategy, scope, and timelines. - Identify and map data objects including Master Data, Transactional Data, and Configuration Data. - Develop and maintain data mapping, transformation, and validation logic using tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BODS, or Data Services. - Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Coordinate with functional leads for mock loads, cutover planning, and go-live support. - Prepare detailed documentation including data mapping sheets, load templates, and conversion plans. - Troubleshoot load errors and optimize data load performance. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of total SAP experience with at least 3-5 years focused on S/4HANA Data Migration or Conversion. - Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM), SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, or Custom ETL frameworks. - Strong knowledge of data objects in FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, and HR modules. - Familiarity with cutover planning, data reconciliation, and validation techniques. - Experience working with functional teams to ensure data alignment with business processes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple data streams in large, complex projects.,
