Job Description

As a SAP CRM Functional Consultant with 10+ years of overall SAP experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Must have a good understanding of business processes, particularly in the Utility Industry shared services. - Should possess excellent customer-facing and soft skills, be solution-oriented, and always looking for win-win opportunities. - Experience in managing multiple initiatives and analyzing business requirements to perform fit-gap analysis. - Configuring SAP system to support business requirements using Web UI Configuration tool set. - Strong problem-solving skills in SAP-ISU/CCS CRM Functional and configuration. - Deep understanding of SAP Module CRM, particularly in integration with SAP ERP. - Involvement in implementation projects, requirements gathering, SAP CRM configurations, testing, and start-up support. - Conduct functional analysis and testing in SAP Portal / SAP CRM. - Provide communication, training, and assistance to users (internal/external) and pre-sales activities. - In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module, CRM sales and marketing, and Interfaces with ECC. - Good understanding of cross-domain functionalities, dependencies, and cause-effect fundamentals. - Expertise in areas such as sales contracts, quotations, sales order document types, item categories, and item category determination. - Transaction settings for Service Order Processes, Service Order Quotations, Service Plans, Service Confirmation, Service Contracts, Service complaints, and returns. Your qualifications should include: - 10+ years of overall SAP experience in a functional/technical/user role. - Excellent understanding of business processes, particularly in the Utility Industry shared services. - Experience in managing multiple initiatives. - Strong problem-solving skills in SAP-ISU/CCS CRM Functional and configuration. - 5+ years of experience in the SAP Module CRM with a deep understanding of integration with SAP ERP. - Previous experience in implementation projects, requirements gathering, SAP CRM configurations, testing, and start-up support. - Knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module, CRM sales and marketing, and Interfaces with ECC. - Familiarity with transaction settings for various Service Order Processes and related functionalities.
