Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Professional for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP CPI). This role requires a strong understanding of various business scenarios (A2A and B2B) and extensive experience with major adapters. The successful candidate will be adept at translating business requirements into technical specifications, performing root cause analysis, and working effectively in an onshore/offshore model with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP CPI). Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and integration designs. Demonstrate exposure to various business scenarios (Application-to-Application (A2A) and Business-to-Business (B2B)) and extensive experience working with all major adapters, including SFTP, SOAP, REST, IDOC, ODATA, JDBC, SuccessFactors, etc. Possess clear understanding of security concepts, including SSL and PGP encryptions, within the context of SAP CPI. Develop and maintain integration flows within SAP CPI, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. Utilize Groovy scripts and XSLT Mapping for complex data transformations and logic implementation (preferred). Apply strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and BTP cockpit for connectivity and monitoring. Collaborate effectively with business users to define scope and gather precise business requirements for integration solutions. Perform root cause analysis of any re-occurring or critical integration issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions. Conduct Unit, System, and Integration testing at various phases of the project lifecycle and meticulously document the results of the testing process. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability. Guide and mentor the technical team, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development. Work seamlessly in an Onshore/Offshore model, ensuring effective coordination with cross-functional teams across different geographies. Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
