SAP CPI

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI-DS Consultant to design, develop, and manage data integration processes between SAP and non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services, ETL processes, data migration, and integration architecture to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient data flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement CPI-DS data integration jobs to support SAP and non-SAP system data flows.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage end-to-end data migration projects, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Work on master data and transactional data migration for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and cloud-based applications.
• Optimize CPI-DS jobs for performance, error handling, and reusability.
• Configure connections to multiple data sources including SAP HANA, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, ECC, flat files, databases, and cloud storage.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs, performing root cause analysis for failures and ensuring timely resolution.
• Implement security, encryption, and compliance standards for data integration processes.
• Support cutover planning and execution during go-live and hypercare phases.
• Document technical designs, mapping specifications, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Services and CPI-DS development.
• Strong understanding of data migration and integration architecture.
• Experience with S/4HANA migrations and integration with SAP Cloud applications.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience in integrating with multiple data sources (SAP and non-SAP).
• Knowledge of IDoc, BAPI, OData, REST, and SOAP APIs for data exchange.
• Experience in working with ETL tools and data governance processes.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
