Position Overview

SAP COPA (Controlling Profitability Analysis) Professional

Key Responsibilities

COPA Configuration & Support

Configure and maintain
Costing-Based and Account-Based COPA
structures, characteristics, and value fields.
Develop and manage
profitability segments, derivation rules, and assessment cycles
.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in COPA.
Ensure accurate mapping of FI/CO postings into COPA values.

Business Process Management

Work closely with Finance & Controlling teams to understand reporting and profitability analysis requirements.
Design, implement, and optimize
COPA reports
(KE30/KE24), including
report painter/writer
.
Provide solutions for
variance analysis, contribution margin reporting
, and profitability KPIs.
