Job Description

SAP Convergent Mediation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Business Requirement Gathering:
Design, conduct, and support business discussions to effectively gather requirements and define optimal mediation strategies.
Integration with SAP CC & CI:
Work closely with IT, finance, and business teams to integrate mediation processes seamlessly with
SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
for accurate revenue management.
High-Volume Configuration:
Configure and optimize
SAP Convergent Mediation
to handle high-volume transaction processing efficiently in both real-time and batch environments.
Data Processing & Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues, ensuring seamless usage data transformation and distribution.
Client Team Augmentation:
Collaborate with IBM resources playing Nestl Client roles to augment the client team, providing specialized expertise.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with best practices for data transformation and telecom or utility billing processes.
Workflow Improvement:
Continuously improve mediation workflows for enhanced efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills:

Expertise in
