Role & responsibilities

5+ Years of IT experience is must. - Experience in SAP CPI focused on enterprise systems integration with complex business domains - Experience in working with Apache Camel and BTP Framework - Experience in B2B integration scenarios with Integration Advisors Experience of working on Neo and Cloud Foundry environments Should have worked on at least 2 End-to-end Implementation projects in CPI Experience in Cloud Platform (BTP) Administration Experience with integrating Cloud Cloud, Cloud – on Premise applications using Custom IFlows and Cloud Connector Ability to work with Complex Custom Iflows Expertise with integrating Cloud systems using adapters like HTTP, SOAP, REST, FILE, ODATA, XI, IDoc Connectivity with CI via Event Mesh/ Advanced Event Mesh Expertise using Pallet Functions. Experience of custom scripting Error Handling Transporting Content across tenants Experience with Support Projects & processes related to SAP Integration. Experience with Certificate based authentication Understanding of security artifacts, and its implementation in Iflows Should have worked on A2A, B2B integration project development Edge Integration Cell knowledge with SAP PI/PO and CPI Interpersonal skills and teamworking Communication skills Analytical and Problem Solving abilities Manage & drive integration projects through their entire lifecycle. INTERNAL Design and implement complex integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP/non-SAP applications. Deliver integration solutions for on-premise and hybrid cloud scenarios using various protocols and adapters. Configure SAP standard and Custom adapters for secure data exchanges. Develop inbound/outbound interfaces between cloud and on-premise SAP products, following best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure system efficiency. Maintain expertise in SAP CPI Foundry and support Neo to Foundry migration. Provide ongoing support, enhance, and fix live interfaces as needed. Monitor integration processes and ensure adherence to SLAs. Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. Analyze business requirements and ensure clear communication with technical teams. Use AMS tools (HPSC, JIRA) for task management and progress tracking. Prepare test cases, test data, and conduct thorough testing of releases and changes. Coordinate with teams, document change requests, and escalate issues for smooth operations. Identify process improvement opportunities and share best practices with internal teams. Ensure meeting of project/operation objectives - on time delivery/SLAs with quality for assigned deliverables. Buildup knowledge in assigned areas and system understanding Will have to co-ordinate and communicate directly with client / Business users / partners as per the job requirements Customer support for issue resolution.
