3 to 5 years of experience in Redwood SAP RunMyJobs/BPA Administration.
- Experience in migrating of the Redwood from On-prem to cloud
- Experience in configuring the SAP systems, Cloud SAAS applications like IBP, CIDS, CPI integration with RMJ.
- Experience in Batch job configuration using RMJ by collecting required information from relevant functional teams.
- Experience in configuring and triggerring the jobs from RMJ in SAP DataServices, SAP BTP SAP DataSphere, SAP BTP Integration Suite, webMethods IO and sales force
- Expertise in Alert configurations using SLA rule definitions.
- Good understanding and experience in working on the events, dependencies.
- Configuration of Process servers,Queues,Timewindows,Submitframes as per the requirement
- Expertise in creation of reports for pulling different KPI reports, performance of the RMJ.
- Experience in migration of the sap batch jobs to Redwood RMJ
- Experience in configuration and handling of BW process chains from RMJ
- Provide support on day-to-day issues through ticketing system ensuring customer satisfaction in timely manner adhering to SLA.
- Incidents, Service requests and Change requests management through ticketing tool Servicenow.
