Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Consultant with expertise in the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Finance (FI) modules to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business processes and technical knowledge in SAP, with the ability to configure, customize, test, and support SAP applications. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions, support end-users, and contribute to the success of ongoing and new implementation Responsibilities Analysis :

• Understand and analyze business requirements, map them to SAP SD/FI functionalities, and propose appropriate solutions.
  

Configuration & Customization

• Configure and customize SAP SD, FI, MM, and PP modules based on specific user and business requirements.
  

Testing Activities

• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system reliability and performance.
  

SAP Support & Maintenance

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP environments, including troubleshooting issues, handling support tickets, and ensuring minimal downtime.
  

System Enhancements & Upgrades

• Assist in SAP system upgrades, application of patches, and implementation of new functionalities or enhancements.
  

Functional Specifications

• Prepare detailed functional specifications and coordinate with the technical/development team to ensure the proper implementation of custom developments.
  

Documentation & Training

• Develop user manuals and process documentation, and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure efficient system usage.
  

Project Participation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during SAP implementation, migration, and rollout projects. Ensure smooth transitions and successful go-live support.
  

Incident & Ticket Management

• Act as an extended hand of the HMSI support team to manage user tickets, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain service level agreements & Skills :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD and FI modules.
• Experience with MM and PP modules is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to Sales, Distribution, and Financial Accounting.
• Proficient in SAP configuration, integration, and testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Exposure to SAP implementation and rollout projects is preferred.
