Title#3: SAP Commerce Test Manager Experience: 8+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Bangalore Job Description: 1. 8+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on SAP Commerce (Hybris) platforms. 2. Designs and executes end-to-end test strategies and plans for B2B/B2C e-commerce projects. 3. Leads and manages cross-functional QA teams , ensuring effective task distribution and team performance. 4. Collaborates with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and identify test coverage. 5. Oversees test case design, review, and approval to ensure alignment with business workflows. 6. Manages test execution , monitors quality metrics, and provides regular status and defect reports. 7. Drives test automation efforts using tools like Selenium, JMeter , and Hybris-specific frameworks. 8. Validates system integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party tools for complete e-commerce functionality. 9. Owns the defect management lifecycle , ensuring timely triage, prioritization, and resolution. 10. Ensures compliance, quality assurance best practices , and continuous improvement across the testing process.
