SAP Commerce Cloud Tech Lead

As a SAP Commerce Cloud Tech Lead at Sulzer, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of software engineers within the GF_IT team in India. Your main responsibilities will include fostering a collaborative environment, overseeing team delivery, actively participating in coding and debugging, managing project roadmaps, and staying updated with emerging technologies to enhance software solutions. You will be required to have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in SAP Commerce Cloud, including knowledge of its architecture, features, and capabilities, is essential. Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud integrations and Spartacus, as well as SAP Integration Suite in SAP BTP, is also required. Additionally, you should have experience working with Angular/React and .NET/Java frameworks, expertise in Azure cloud services and DevOps, and strong leadership abilities to lead and mentor software development teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum setup are necessary for success in this role. You should also be adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and changing priorities.
