SAP Commerce Cloud Tech Lead

As a SAP Commerce Cloud Tech Lead at Sulzer, your role involves leading and mentoring a team of software engineers to ensure high-quality software development. You will actively participate in coding, debugging, and reviewing code while overseeing product roadmaps to ensure on-time delivery of solutions within budget and scope. Your responsibilities also include staying updated with emerging technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, addressing technical challenges, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of system architecture and design decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment - Participate actively in coding, debugging, and reviewing code to ensure high-quality software development - Oversee product roadmaps, ensuring on-time delivery of solutions within budget and scope. Carry the role of Scrum Master - Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices, implementing them to enhance software solutions - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery - Address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to complex problems - Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, design decisions, and product progress Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Proficiency in SAP Commerce Cloud, including knowledge of its architecture, features, and capabilities - Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud integrations and Spartacus - Experience in SAP Integration Suite in SAP BTP - Experience working with Angular/React and .NET/Java frameworks - Expertise in Azure cloud services and DevOps - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and accustomed to work in Agile/Scrum setup - Proven track record of leading and mentoring software development teams If you have any questions about the role, feel free to reach out to Anushruti Negi at Anushruti.Negi@sulzer.com or Hiring Manager Jose Maria Valiente.
