Role Overview

We seek an experienced SAP Manufacturing Process Consultant to position Vegam SFS as an extension to SAP Clean Core for chemical manufacturing. The role involves aligning Vegam SFS with SAP S/4HANA migration projects, defining industry-specific terminology, and collaborating with SAP migration partners to drive adoption. The consultant will ensure compliance with SAP Signavio, APQC, and Business Process Transformation (BPT) standards while mapping Vegam SFS capabilities to industry needs.

Key Responsibilities

Process Modeling & Business Process Alignment

• Study Vegam SFS (end-to-end) and map it to SAPs manufacturing process terminology.
• Develop process models using SAP Signavio, ARIS, or BPMN tools to align Vegam SFS with SAP Clean Core.
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing workflows for SAP migration projects.
• Define "as-is" and "to-be" process states for chemical batch manufacturing.

SAP Migration & Partner Engagement

• Work with SAP Migration Service Providers to integrate Vegam SFS into their SAP S/4HANA transformation frameworks.
• Ensure Vegam SFS aligns with SAP BTP, APQC, and process governance models for seamless adoption.

CIO-Focused Solution Positioning

• Translate technical capabilities into SAP-aligned terminology that resonates with CIOs and SAP implementation teams.
• Develop whitepapers, presentations, and proposal inputs for RFP responses and co-sell opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in SAP Manufacturing, Business Process Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Clean Core, and migration best practices.
• Strong process modeling experience using SAP Signavio, ARIS, or BPMN.
• Familiarity with SAP APQC, BTP, and industry standards for chemical manufacturing.
• Experience working with SAP implementation/migration service providers and engaging with CIOs.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Signavio certification or hands-on experience in process mining & optimization.
• Background in chemical batch manufacturing operations.
