As a Quality Assurance Officer, your main responsibilities will include monitoring product quality based on established parameters, overseeing the QC process on the production line, adhering to protocols in case of defects, daily documentation of QC reports, and updating the systems accordingly. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and guiding Production personnel on QC Management systems, as well as implementing Quality Management tools such as CAPA, APQC, FTR, and Kaizen in daily operations. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality-related position, ideally backed by a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
