SAP Callidus Commissions Consultant

Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role will be to actively support the consulting team in various project phases, such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design and deployment. You will be responsible for exploring alternatives to recommended solutions through research, building POCs, creating requirement specifications, defining processes, and designing functional solutions based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Aid the consulting team in different project phases - Explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research - Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) - Create requirement specifications based on business needs - Define processes and detailed functional designs - Support configuring solution requirements and diagnose issues - Contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives - Provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers Qualification Required: - 2 years of SAP Commissions specialist experience - End-to-end implementation experience in SAP Commissions with Oracle HANA - Experience in AMS activities, especially ticket handling - Configure compensation plans with credits, measurements, incentives, and deposit rules - Load reference comp plans and transactions data on Commissions UI - Expertise in comp elements like classifiers, lookup tables, rate tables, formulae, etc. - Execute pipelines, analyze results, and data integration setup - Experience in writing advanced SQL queries and stage hooks - Awareness of Commission DB tables and technologies like Plan Communicator - Ability to work with clients, analyze data, and identify improvement areas - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration ability - Industry domain knowledge is a plus Company Details: N/A Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role will be to actively support the consulting team in various project phases, such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design and deployment.
