Job Description

As an SAP Commissions specialist with 2+ years of experience, you should have at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP Commissions with Oracle/HANA as a backend database. Your role will involve configuring compensation plans utilizing credits, measurements, incentives, and deposit rules in various use cases. You should also have expertise in comp elements like classifiers, lookup tables, rate tables, formulae etc. Additionally, you are expected to have knowledge of Commission DB tables, experience in writing advanced SQL queries, and familiarity with concepts like proration, draws, clawbacks, leaves, periodic catchups, holds etc. Other responsibilities include: - At least 2 years of experience in AMS activities especially ticket handling - Loading reference, comp plan and transactions data on Commissions UI or from Dropbox - Data integration setup on Commissions and associated SPM Home environment - Awareness of Plan Communicator, dispute, and dashboard setup A day in the life of an Infoscion involves actively aiding the consulting team in different project phases, exploring alternatives to recommended solutions, creating requirement specifications, supporting solution configuration, contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives, and collaborating with clients to identify business challenges. You should possess logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an ability to assess current processes for improvement. Additionally, you should be aware of the latest technologies and trends and have one or two industry domain knowledge. Location of posting: Infosys Ltd. currently has open positions in multiple locations across India including Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Indore, Nagpur, Mangalore, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Jaipur.
