SAP Callidus Commissions Consultant

As an Infoscion, a typical day involves actively supporting the consulting team throughout various project phases. This includes contributing to problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be tasked with exploring alternative solutions through research, such as literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluations, etc., and developing proof of concepts (POCs). Additionally, you will be responsible for creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining process improvements, and detailed functional designs. Your role will also involve configuring solution requirements, diagnosing and resolving issues, seeking clarifications, and proposing solution alternatives. Furthermore, you will play a part in unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. In terms of technical requirements, we are looking for candidates with: - 2 years of SAP Commissions specialist experience - Minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP Commissions with Oracle HANA backend database - At least 2 years of experience in AMS activities, particularly ticket handling - Proficiency in configuring compensation plans, including credits, measurements, incentives, and deposit rules across various scenarios - Hands-on experience in loading reference comp plan and transaction data on Commissions UI or from Dropbox - Expertise in comp elements like classifiers, lookup tables, rate tables, formulae, etc. - Ability to execute pipelines, analyze results, and set up data integration on Commissions and associated SPM Home environment - Familiarity with Commission DB tables, advanced SQL queries, and stage hooks - Understanding of Plan Communicator, dispute resolution, and dashboard setup, as well as concepts like proration, draws, clawbacks, leaves, etc. In addition to the core responsibilities, this role entails working closely with clients to address business challenges and enhance client deliverables by analyzing and structuring relevant data. Being aware of the latest technologies and trends, possessing logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities are essential. The ideal candidate should have the capability to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose suitable technological solutions. Knowledge in one or two industry domains is preferred.
