SAP BW to Datasphere Migration Specialist (Techno-Commercial)

As a Techno-Commercial SAP professional at Crave Infotech, your role will involve leading the migration journey from SAP BW to SAP Datasphere. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering measurable business outcomes for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end SAP BW to Datasphere migration projects, encompassing assessment, design, implementation, and validation. - Designing scalable data models and pipelines that align with business reporting and analytics requirements. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify data needs and develop optimal cloud-based solutions. - Providing techno-commercial inputs during project estimation, proposals, and client discussions. - Integrating SAP Datasphere with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud to drive innovation. - Ensuring adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and governance frameworks. - Supporting pre-sales engagements, customer demos, and solution workshops to showcase Crave's data modernization capabilities. You should possess the following skills and experience: - 7-10 years of experience in SAP BW, BW/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere. - Expertise in data migration and data modeling within SAP ecosystems. - Strong technical understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and integration with SAP and non-SAP sources. - Working knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud. - Excellent commercial and client-facing skills with the ability to balance technology depth and business insight. - Experience in proposal creation, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities would be advantageous. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Education & Certifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - SAP certifications in BW/4HANA, Datasphere, or BTP are preferred.
