Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

SAP BW Developer/Architect (on HANA)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in

BW development, ABAP programming within BW

, and

report creation

, with at least

3 years of core development experience

. This role requires expertise in end-to-end SAP BW implementations and authorizations, as well as a solid understanding of HANA-based data modeling and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement
SAP BW solutions on HANA
, ensuring scalability and performance.
Perform
data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
processes for BW systems.
Develop and enhance
BW objects
, queries, and reports based on business requirements.
Implement and manage
BW authorizations
to ensure data security and user access control.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform
troubleshooting, performance tuning
, and system optimization.
Create and maintain detailed
technical documentation
for development work.
Participate in full lifecycle implementations (minimum 3 4 end-to-end projects).

Primary (Must-Have) Skills:

BW Developer/Architect on HANA
with strong core development experience.
Minimum 3 years of BW development experience
(non-negotiable).
Hands-on expertise in
BW ABAP
, report creation, and
BW authorizations
.
Proven experience in
multiple SAP BW implementations (3 4 projects)
.
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of
SAP HANA modeling and optimization
.
Understanding of
data provisioning tools
(SLT, BODS, etc.).
Exposure to
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
or
BW/4HANA
migration projects.
Awareness of integration with
SAP ECC/S4HANA
systems.
