SAP BTP FI ITIL Functional Consultant

As a SAP BTP Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BTP applications, focusing on finance cloud applications such as Intercompany cloud, Global Journal Entry System, Global Approval Flow Engine, and Vistex (Finance part), your role involves managing operations, maintenance, and support to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (Sarbox) requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Support & Maintenance:** - Manage incident and problem management, and provide regular reporting - Coordinate and execute changes, including testing - Utilize ServiceNow for incident and problem tracking - Analyze incident/problem trends and identify permanent solutions - Monitor the incident and problem management process effectiveness, and suggest improvements - **Technical Skills:** - Ensure system compliance with internal and external requirements - Execute tasks as per SOPs/guidelines in QualityDocs - Prioritize and implement user stories (Change/bug fixes/enhancement) for applications - Implement Sarbox controls and ensure compliance with Sarbox requirements - Represent the system during GIA/Sarbox audits - Conduct testing activities, develop test cases, and reports for user acceptance testing - Create and execute test cases in TIMS/other testing tools, and support Line of Business (LoB) during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Daily operations and maintenance of applications - Coordinate issue resolution with platform team, ABAP team, and functional team - Communicate and coordinate ongoing tasks and support teams during month-ends and year-ends **Qualification Required:** - Expertise in SAP FI and BTP - Knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, change, and release management Please note that the above responsibilities and qualifications are essential for excelling in this role as a SAP BTP Finance SME.,
