Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Configuration: Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Design, configure, and implement BRIM solutions based on business needs, including CI, FI-CA and FICO.
  • Business Process Analysis: Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective BRIM solutions.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between BRIM components and other SAP modules (like SD, MM, HR) and external systems.
  • Project Management: Lead workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, manage testing (SIT, UAT), and oversee cutover activities.
  • Client Interaction: Act as a liaison with business users and stakeholders, conduct system demonstrations, and provide training and support.
  • Documentation: Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows.
  • Support: Provide post-go-live support, perform root cause analysis, and assist with issue remediation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Relevant Experience:

Minimum of 13-16 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM, with at least two full end-to-end implementation projects.

  • Functional Expertise:

Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM components, including Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA).

  1. Hands on experience with CI (Convergent Invoicing)
    1. BIT Configuration and enhancement for various business processes
    2. Hands on experience on Billing and Invoice document configuration
    3. Periodic Invoicing
    4. Credit and Debit memo processing
    5. Events and Posting Area in-depth knowledge
    6. Must have done enhancements during BIT to Invoice process
    7. Hands-on experience on Intercompany BIT processing
  2. Hands on experience with FICA
    1. CI and FICA integration
    2. Hands-on experience of all FICA modules - Payments, Banks, Real time payments, Collections -Dunning via collection strategy, Deposits, Promise to pay
    3. Handling Intercompany transactions in FICA
    4. Correspondence Printing
    5. Deferred Revenue Configuration and hands on experience
    6. Hands on experience on GL configuration, House bank configuration
    7. FICA - FICO integration
  • Technical Expertise:
  1. Should be able to translate business requirements to ABAP developers
  2. Understanding of ODATA, CDS views, Reports, OOP concepts

Should be able to debug and conduct root cause analysis.
