Job Description

As a SAP BRIM Specialist at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to lead the design and configuration of charging logic and rate plans in SAP Convergent Charging. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with SOM, CI, and FICA teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solution delivery, supporting testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of charging scenarios, and providing documentation, training, and post-go-live support for SAP CC implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and configuration of charging logic and rate plans in SAP Convergent Charging. - Collaborate with SOM, CI, and FICA teams for seamless end-to-end solution delivery. - Support testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of charging scenarios. - Provide documentation, training, and post-go-live support for SAP CC implementations. Qualifications Required: - 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP BRIM with specialization in Convergent Charging. - Strong understanding of charging concepts, rate plans, and usage-based billing. - Experience in integration with SOM, CI, and external mediation systems. - Proven success in SAP BRIM CC implementation, rollout, and support projects.
