8+ years total experience with 68 years in SAP BODS/SAP Data Services; 5+ years working with SAP technologies; 5+ years across development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment; at least 2 full life-cycle SAP implementations; experience collaborating with data migration teams.
Lead and deliver end-to-end data migration projects using SAP BODS for FI/CO and COPA, including data assessment, mapping, transformation design, build, test loads, reconciliation, and cutover. Design and operate BW process chains and loading strategies, implement performance tuning for BW on HANA, and ensure on-time, accurate data loads. Build custom ABAP extractors and manage IDoc-based integrations when required. Establish data quality controls and profiling with Information Steward, resolve data errors, document designs and validation outcomes, and support go-live and hypercare.
Strong collaboration with data migration and functional teams; problem-solving and analytical skills for error analysis; attention to detail and quality focus; clear communication and documentation skills; ability to work across multiple modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PM).
