Role: SAP BI/BW Managing Consultant Hiring Location: India (Delhi/Mumbai) The SAP BI/BW Senior Managing/Principal Consultant is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP BI and BW solutions. This role entails overseeing projects, managing teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with client requirements. The consultant plays a crucial role in providing strategic insights and fostering continuous improvement in BI/BW processes and systems. Responsibilities: - Engaging with clients: Establish communications, promote consultancy services, and engage clients in selecting optimal design options. - Scoping Client Requirements: Understand and define client needs, present comprehensive proposals, and manage stakeholder expectations. - Managing client interface: Ensure focus on overall deliverables, apply contractual terms, and maintain communication with clients. - Communication & Presentation: Convey ideas clearly, utilize effective communication techniques, and produce client correspondence and reports. - Managing & Developing Others: Manage, develop, and appraise team members, seeking support when needed. - Partnering with Others: Engage expertise of others, leverage networks for innovative solutions, and effectively research client issues. - Tools & Methodologies: Select appropriate diagnostic tools, seek new tools, and apply knowledge and technical expertise. - Planning & Management: Manage client projects effectively, use planning tools, allocate work streams, and meet deadlines. - Managing Risk: Identify and manage project issues, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery. - Ensuring Quality: Deliver high-quality solutions, monitor client satisfaction, and manage project withdrawal effectively. - Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in SAP BI/BW tools, handle end-to-end development, and provide technical guidance to team members. - Business Understanding: Discuss impact of other disciplines, possess sector knowledge, and tailor product adjustments to meet client needs. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent - 10 to 12 years of experience in one or more SAP modules - Expertise in SAP BI/BW, BW/4HANA, and BW on HANA development - Strong communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement abilities - Certifications in SAP BW and SAP HANA - Proficiency in SAP BI tools and data modeling - Flexibility to work in shifts based on project requirements Consulting Skills: - Aptitude for team collaboration, problem-solving, and creative thinking - Strong time management and communication skills - Ability to interpret requirements and apply best practices - Develop new professional relationships and contribute to marketing initiatives Leadership Skills: - Enhance project team effectiveness - Act as a mentor for the team - Motivate the team and lead effectively,
