Job Description

Role Overview: As a SAP Basis Service Request, you will be responsible for providing strong BASIS support for various SAP products including SAP S/4, Solman, BTP, Azure, and SAP Web applications. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting S/4 applications and resolving critical issues related to memory management, performance, etc. - Handling P1 and P2 incidents on the BASIS end. - Experience in Database Administration for Hana and Sybase. - Executing System Upgrades, Add-On Installations, and managing SSL certificates. - Performing technical activities such as System Refresh, client copies, parameter changes, Job management, RFCs, SICF, etc. - Managing the operations and 24/7 delivery unit. - Tracking SLA/KPI and working in a global team with 24/7 support. - De-escalating IT incidents and requests. - Coordinating multiple activities across teams. Qualifications Required: - 5-9 years of experience in SAP BASIS support and projects. - Flexibility for 24/7 support. - Prior experience in ECS will be an added advantage.
