We at Coforge are hiring for Basis Consultant with following skill-set;

SAP BASIS Consultant to manage day-to-day SAP technical operations and act as a liaison between our organization and the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) team. This role will be critical in supporting our RISE with SAP landscape hosted in a Hyperscaler environment, which includes SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP applications (e.g., Datasphere, SAC, Group Reporting), SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central, and Fiori Launchpad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on BASIS skills combined with experience in cloud-based SAP environments and a deep understanding of RISE with SAP roles, responsibilities, and operations.

Mandatory Skills

• Manage SAP technical operations across all environments under the RISE with SAP framework.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for coordination with SAP ECS and other third-party vendors.
• Oversee integration and connectivity between:
• SAP Cloud and On-Prem systems.
• Cloud-to-Cloud systems (e.g., SuccessFactors ? S/4HANA, BTP).
• Configure and manage SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Web Dispatcher, and ensure secure and efficient connectivity.
• Support and monitor BTP applications such as:
• SAP Datasphere
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Group Reporting
• Fiori Launchpad
• Global Accounts & Subaccounts and user management.
• Ensure timely transport management, system refreshes, upgrades, and patching coordination with ECS.
• Review and validate ECS service SsLAs and operational reports (CPU/memory usage, backups, availability).
• Review and validate licence usage of BTP, cloud credits, FUE, and other usage consumption.
• Support security, user access management, and audit/compl

Desirable Skills

• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance, connectivity, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain documentation of system architecture, integration design, and operational runbooks.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP services and architecture.
• Deep understanding of SAP ECS roles and operational model.
• Experience managing SAP Cloud Connector, Web Dispatcher, and system integrations.
• Experience in hybrid integration (Cloud ? On-prem, Cloud ? Cloud).
• Excellent communication skills to engage with SAP support teams and internal stakeholders.
