Job Description

SAP Solution Architect Technical Additional qualifications - Successfully completed Bachelor / Diploma / Master's in information technology or comparable training/practical experience - In-depth knowledge of various SAP Basis with minimum 7 years of experience - Very Good knowledge and hands on experience on S/4 HANA, Fiori - Experience in migration project will be an advantage - Independent working style, ability to work in a team, communication skills, great willingness to learn - Fluency in written & Spoken English - Strong communication and presentation skills as well as high social skills in dealing with our internal business partners and external service providers Internal Tasks ? Maintain SAP Solution/Template and provide solution design for future changes and Projects ? Ensuring the operation of the SAP system including the interfaces in cooperation with the IT service providers. ? Planning. Coordination and execution of release upgrades, performance analysis and optimization ? Support of the SAP transport system incl. import of notes, support packages and kernels in cooperation with the service provider ? Planning and monitoring of background jobs ? Administration of the database ? Interface monitoring to sub systems (IDoc, RFC, ) ? General system monitoring (Short dumps, Work processes, ) ? Independent processing of error messages, support requests and standard changes ? Support Projects like Unicode Migration, HANA DB Migration, System migration towards Azure Cloud, etc ? Documentation of the SAP system landscape and technical setup ? Collaboration with external service providers ? Lead architectural and technical discussions with large groups of people in solution design workshops ? Collect requirements for the integration of the SAP landscape (Add-On, Interfaces / upgrade / migration) ? Performs platform validation and gap analysis for capabilities and creates solution architectures for configurations and customization ? Documentation of the SAP system landscape and technical setup ? Guard the SAP system landscape and provide proper solution architecture Change management (Solution Delivery - Design / Build / Test) ? Understand and collect business requirement for approved Change Requests ? Evaluation of requirements (implementation possibilities, effort estimation, duration of implementation, etc.) ? Build & implement Functional concept & Technical Concept ? Define processes and methodologies for configurations, testing, transport/deployment ? Assist in the preparation of system testing and maintenance of end-to-end scenarios. ? Execution of IT tests incl. test case creation and test documentation ? Implementation - if necessary, in cooperation with external service providers ? Documentation of the solution document (Functional/Technical specifications) ? Creation/updating of user manuals and, if necessary, training documents
