Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain SAP Basis infrastructure for large-scale enterprise systems.
Lead implementation projects from green field to go-live, ensuring successful system integration with other business applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize system performance.
Provide technical guidance on SAP HANA migration strategies, including data conversion and testing procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., SOX) by implementing robust security controls and access management frameworks.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-12 years of experience in SAP Basis architecture, implementation, or consulting roles.
Strong expertise in S/4HANA platform administration, including database configuration, backup/recovery processes, and performance tuning techniques.
Proven track record of leading complex implementation projects from start to finish; ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
