SAP B1 Administrator (From Mfg. Background)

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Item code updation

· BOM creation

· BOM updation

· Stock up

· Stock down

· Item code mapping

· Production order (Editing) making any changes in order

· Customer Query generation

· Creation and validation of all masters

· Approval

· Product Profit/Loss checking

· BOM cost shared with R & D Team

· Coordination with Factory (Stores, PPC, Production and R & D departments)

· Price Addition (Then making SO/PO)

· Vendor & Customer creation

· New address creation for Billing purpose

· Using SAP Business

· Conduct user training in HO & Factory

· Creating user defined field, user defined table as per requirement

· Preparing query generated report in SAP B1

· Working with SAP B1 module like Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Business Partner approval template and document numbering

· Validation related to the front-end application

Co-coordinating with SAP B1 Consultant

Required Skills:

· SAP Business One

· Microsoft Office (MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT etc.)

· Critical Thinking in terms of mirroring the physical work flow in the systems and the other way around.

· Capable of setting boundaries in their realm of work.

· Should be able to work in a team.

· Basic understanding of the Work Flow in a manufacturing company.

· Confident enough to get the implementations done quickly albeit correctly and bold enough to turn down a wrong request no matter who it comes from.

· Able to Interact with cross functional team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
