SAP ATTP

You have an exciting opportunity to join StaidLogic as a SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals) professional in Bengaluru. In this contract role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP ATTP systems, providing business process consulting, analyzing data, and ensuring the integrity of master data. Your presence on-site will be essential for day-to-day tasks. Your responsibilities will include SAP ATTP Production AIF configuration and monitoring for various interfaces. You will document and report all AIF errors, perform functional analysis of monitoring results, and collaborate closely with serialization product managers and engineering teams. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal business stakeholders, provide on-call support, and engage with SAP AG for issue resolutions and system upgrades. Furthermore, you will support master data maintenance for serialization, manage SAP ATTP Production support actions, and develop and maintain interfaces between serialization solutions and other business applications. Your role will also involve providing specific support for SAP ICH, post manual events in SAP ATTP, and technical documentation of support processes and workarounds. To excel in this role, you should have strong business process consulting and analytical skills, experience with SAP FICO and master data management, excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field will be required.
