Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist in SAP ARIBA at Linde Global Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for providing global support, enhancements, and managing projects related to SAP ARIBA modules, MDGS, SRM, and procurement systems including ECC 6.0 and S4 Hana. Key Responsibilities: - Provide third-level functional support for SAP Procurement solutions - Resolve issues across SAP Cloud and On-premises systems - Prepare technical documentation and process change requests following release management guidelines - Collaborate with business teams, stakeholders, and external service providers to deliver reliable, secure, and integrated solutions - Analyze procurement-related business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications - Design, build, and implement functional solutions for procurement processes in SAP Cloud and On-premises systems - Coordinate the implementation of new functionality in SAP Systems and other supporting applications according to Linde plc project management guidelines - Complete project deliverables timely, communicate project progress, and escalate risks and issues to key project stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification - Formal training and/or Certification in related technology or process areas desired - 5+ years of relevant SAP Procurement experience including ARIBA, MDGS with reputed companies - Deep technical expertise in SAP ECC, S/4 integration & implementation - Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba to S/4 integration, P2P process, MM in S/4, purchase order in S/4, and integration of CIG - Full project lifecycle implementation and system support experience - Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writing), coordination skills, and ability to work effectively across teams and time zones - Strong customer focus, intercultural experience, and proficiency in applying templates, standards, and methodologies - Extensive knowledge in SAP functionalities, configurations, and customizations for SAP procurement processes - Hands-on experience in technical design, implementation, and support of international large-scale systems in SAP Application ARIBA, MDGS, SRM, and S4 procurement - Good knowledge of Integration concepts with SAP and non-SAP systems and debugging in SAP - Curiosity, interest in working efficiently, meeting deadlines, and willingness to work flexible hours based on project requirements - Great intercultural communication and cooperation skills along with excellent English proficiency as a team player Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist in SAP ARIBA at Linde Global Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for providing global support, enhancements, and managing projects related to SAP ARIBA modules, MDGS, SRM, and procurement systems including ECC 6.0 and S4 Hana.
