The role of SAP BASIS L3 requires an experienced individual with a minimum of 6 to 12 years of relevant experience. The position is based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Ahmedabad. As an SAP BASIS L3 expert, you are expected to have advanced knowledge of ECC 6.0, SAP NETWEAVER 7.5, 7.3, and Solution Manager 7.2. Your responsibilities will include the installation, upgrade (release and version), and troubleshooting of these systems. You should be proficient in troubleshooting application issues in SAP ABAP and JAVA AS, focusing on availability and performance. Additionally, you must possess expert knowledge of client copies and system copy procedures, with the ability to troubleshoot related issues. Your expertise should extend to SAP Webdispatcher, Cloud connector, BOBJ/DS, S4HANA conversion, migration, and upgrade processes. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues related to SSL certificate installation and renewal. A working knowledge of high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setup and testing is essential for this role. You should also be familiar with HANA and Sybase ASE Database administration, including DB and client installation and upgrades. Basic knowledge of products like SAP Convergent charging, Convergent mediation, OpenText, and HANA XSA will be beneficial. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting L2 activities and handling system down situations. Basic knowledge of OS administration in Linux and Windows environments is also required. It is highly recommended that you have experience with at least two end-to-end implementations, including expertise in Solman installation and upgrade.
