Job Role

Role & responsibilities

• Application Implementation, Scoping, Support & Maintenance

• Drive SAP implementation and document Scope and defining KPI as implementation strategy
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP applications across modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PS).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems related to SAP systems.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis, functional, and technical teams for issue resolution.

• Change & Release Management

• Manage transport requests, patches, and upgrades in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Support integration of new functionalities, enhancements, and rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with change management and ITIL processes.

• Business Process Support

• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Identify gaps in business processes and propose system optimizations or enhancements.
• Document functional specifications, process flows, and knowledge base articles.

• Performance & Optimization

• Monitor SAP system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for SAP landscape efficiency.

• Governance & Compliance

• Ensure SAP system adherence to organizational security policies, data protection, and audit requirements.
• Support SOX, GDPR, and other compliance checks where applicable.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in SAP Application Management or SAP Support role. Have done  at least one SAP implementation in Real Estate industry
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or Cloud solutions is an advantage.
• Experience of  SAP implementation in Real Estate Industry is must.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, cloud solutions, and digital transformation projects.
• Experience in working with AMS (Application Management Services) providers or shared services environment is desirable.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of SAP application modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PS,)
• Understanding of SAP Basis concepts, integrations, and system landscape.
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle critical situations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to document processes, write specifications, and create user training materials.
